We offer a one day program to enable recreational divers to try out Surface-Supplied Commercial Diving equipment. Experience walking the bottom with no fins while breathing air supplied from the surface via an umbilical. All while staying in constant voice communication with your Dive Supervisor on the surface. This is a PADI Distinctive Specialty written by our Company Director.
A classroom session outlines the different Commercial Diving qualifications and what sectors each is relevant to. Surface Supplied equipment is explained as is current legislation regarding working underwater for reward.
Participants get to experience a short dive in Surface Supplied equipment in a confined body of water. An entry-level recreational diving qualification and some experience in drysuit diving are necessary prerequisites.
